Just another crazy product from your friends at Tromix.  The 50BMG LAWS rocket style, "over-the-shoulder" 50BMG zip gun.

I have fired this crude piece of junk about 50 rounds and recoil is nasty!  The barrel ends up pointed straight up skyward and I have to take several steps backwards to regain control of the thing........man, it sure is invigorating to shoot.

Always a glutton for punishment, eh Tony?

I think **** already did that though. In 1847.

[edited because I really shouldn't be picking on **** even though I think it's funny.[:D]]

Yikes.

So, is this a two person thing.  One shoots and the other reloads?  How quick is reload?  Effective range?  Accuracy?

Come on man!!!  Details...... we want details.  Just don't post the pic and let use dream.... err,......wonder.....err.....speculate.

Now, wouldn't our "friends" at Dateline, 20/20,60 Minutes, and MSNBC like get some vid of this in action?

The bolt screws into the receiver like a Watson's unit.  It takes awhile to reload, but that gives you some time to recover from the nasty jolt and take another sip of beer.......LOL

The it's a two person job.  [:D]

One fires.  The other has a cordless drill and what ever tool is used to removed the bolt.  The 'reloader' inserts the rounds, screws the bolt in, resets the pin, taps the 'gunner' on the shoulder and off you go.......

No, the 50BMG project is still dead.  I was just bored off my ass and put up that pic of the old prototype.  There is so much crazy shit laying around the Tromix shop you wouldn't believe it.......

You didn't fire that in the shop?

Hmmmm... that barrel looks familiar, like an M2HB barrel. Dang thats got to be heavy.

Hell no, I didn't shoot that bitch in the shop!  My trap is pretty damn beefy, but I don't think its gonna stop a 50BMG API round.

I was literally trembling the first time I torched off a round with that thing up over my shoulder like that.  There was no tying it to a tree and firing with a string or anything pussy like that. If I build it...I'm gonna shoot it.

You should have seen the "big eyes" from the other spectators at the range that day.....they had never met me before, so I think they may have been a little taken back by the Tromix toys.  They'll get over it with time.

If you have so much old crap lying around, ship some to me [:D]  I agree that it needs a muzzle break.  Also beer isn't as good of a pain killer as bourbon.
