this is why it is important that everyone call/email the AG, Prez AND your reps to let them know that we agree with his decision.
You can bet the anti's are grouping together to protest, even calling for oversight hearings already! don't let their voice be the only ones the politicians hear. get the email address for the above at goa or nra. let's get in the game on this one-it could be a major win for us. sent mine Friday. |

OK, question. Is it a violation of any law to be denied a purchase due to the background check? In other words, if you have a felony record, and are denied, did you break the law? If it is not, then there is no reason to keep a record of background checks and Schumer is full of sh*t. |

Yes, if you are prohibited from possessing a gun, it is illegal to attempt to buy one. If the transaction gets to the point of running the background check, one must have already lied on the 4475. |
