I don't "think" he is either guilty or innocent. How the Hell should we know, we're not in the jury box to hear the evidence. All we hear is what the news tells us and we know how much they can spin stuff.

I am not sufficiently familiar with the facts of the case to render a verdict, nor do I really want to be. All I see is very high-profile grandstanding from both sides of the case, which is never conducive to the administration of justice.

Guilty. Everyone knows WTF is going on and the parent keep placing their children in Whacko Jacko's arms.

I think the parents of the kids should be charged with pandering, pimping their children and endangering their children by putting them in the hands of a child molester.

Come one guys, WTF are these parents thinking? Everyone knew WTF was going on and they delivered their CHILDREN into the hands of this molester! Why? For money! For a shot at a legal settlement!

From what I've heard so far about the accusers, I'd say it's enough for a reasonable doubt.

I'm still not sure whether Jacko actually did it but it wouldn't surprise me either if he did.

Regarding the specific accusations in this case, I honestly have some degree of doubt. However, I do believe that he is definitely a homosexual pedophile and would have no problem finding him guilty.

Think about it, if you had paid $20 mil to pay off a false charge of child molestaion, would you EVER place yourself in that compromising of a position again? He has to be a pedophile.

I don't know and don't pretend to.

I do think he's a screwed unit and for his own safety, he should probably be banned from any contact
with children unless he's carefully supervised by competent adults with a vested interest in the
safety and well-being of the children.

At the very least, he's been painted as a lucrative target by unscrupulous people who would have
their children swear that Jacko did something not nice to them...and of course, it would be the
parent's idea and coaching.

Even if he never did anything wrong, he has put himself in a very vulnerable position on several
occasions and it is being exploited by those who want a piece of his fortune and will commit perjury
to get it.

It's an ugly scene no matter what. Almost as ugly as his chainsawed, bleached face.
