Its been more than 5 years since i've traveled on public airlines. The only question is.. I smoke so of course I have to have a lighter.. will they make me mail my Zippo back home? I don't wanna "take fire" on the airline like Treetop did. Atleast I think it was treetop.

Depending on who is screening, you wont get it back it all.
Pack it...I wouldnt even attempt to brng it on the plane...because you may bring the entire thing down with a zippo. Sad, isnt it?

Guess i'll buy disposable lighters and use it and chunk it before getting on any planes.
Or, I could just suck it up and grab a few lungfuls before I climb aboard and go 5+ hours with none.

How about the freebie plain old, ordinary every day book of matches. Just before you board, toss it, and no muss, no fuss; especiallly from the TSA.

Hell, they are taking matches now too. I had a book of matches in my checked bag and that was gone when I got to my destination. I smoke cigars now and then, but I just buy cheapo disposables when I travel. You never know what will get through |

Yea i'm sure they would confiscate it and not give it back cuz it does have a Ar15 on the front of it. Its one of the 1st Ar15.com Zippo's.
