I have very casual interest in knives, but I take a "stab" at it. From the eBay link its a Vietnam War era Randall knife, and many people collect them like some of us here who collect the early Colt AR15 w/o the forward-assist. It was carried by many USA soldiers during the Vietnam War. The modern Randall Knife Co. of today run by Randall's wife after he died.
