I've been waiting for a form 3 transfer (dealer to dealer) since the begining of November 2004. I've been told that the NFA branch recently "lost" a bunch of applications....

BS!

I also have turned in 3 form 1's dating back to December for SBR's and have not heard back. Anyone know what the hell is really going on over there?

BTW... all my form 1's are corporate form 1's

I turned in a Form 1 for an SBR back in October. In February I get a letter saying I didn't fill out the forms properly (I used 2 single sided sheets instead of 1 double sided) and had to do it all over. We'll see how long it takes THIS time around. I think it may be that some people got moved around, promoted, newly hired, etc. and it is fucking everything up.

I called Washington, or whereever the number is a now, and I'm in the system as pending. At least they didn't shred my documents.

I would call to make sure it wasn't your paperwork that was shredded.
