For the past year I have logged on to AR15.com every day.  Its beginning to wear me out.  I think very soon I am going to take a long needed break from the addicting forums.  Between college and work its too tiring to try and keep up with all the shit going on here.

I need a real life dammit!

It's addictive and has caused me to lose a good nights sleep on more than one occasion. For "real life" time, I simply use ar15.com as a way to organize shoots.

The hard drive on my home computer died a few weeks back and I haven't gotten around to replacing it yet.  So, now I can only get on here from work, so I don't spend as much time as I had been.  I was starting to go through withdrawl the first few days!!

When I get tired of Arfkom I head over to full-auto.com, pre-ban, subguns, parallax c&r forums, rimfirecentral, snipershide, ...uh, I'm adicted but I'm learning a lot.  I usually on late at night so I'm not missing out on anything important.

No, it hasn't worn me out. If you treat it like an addiction, it becomes an addiction. Look at it for what it is, an interactive entertainment and information media. Not much different than radio, television, newspaper or magazines. You just get to talk back.

And if you're wondering why I'm logged on at this hour if I'm not "addicted", it's my turn to feed the baby and if there was no internet, I'd be watching television until the little pooper goes back to sleep.

Occasionally I do walk away from ARFCOM for weeks at a time. No big deal. Most of the time it has to do with my work schedule.

Quitting ARFCOM is easy. I do it everyday for like 8 hours at a time.
