My wife "tolerates" my gun ownership... but she's not totally on board. I try to convince her of the benefits of CCW. She travels around. They caught this asshole in GA but there are sooooo many other assholes out there.... Do you guys worry about your Woman?

How you you deal with a woman (that you Love) that won't pack heat?

I'm married to my weapon. I keep having sh#t luck meeting women who are extreme liberals. Don't ever get stationed in Massachusetts. Maybe I'll find Miss Right someday...........for now I'll look out for #1.

I would worry if she did carry. She's got a temper when you piss her off and she'd probably shoot someone if she carried!! LOL

Yeah, that is a toughie. Mine is a Guns Kill type too.

Our fierce GS guard dog is more likely to lick a bad guy or brush his hand with a frisbee.

I "loaned" her a model 19 that stays in the upstairs closet. Good enough.

It helps that all her friends have hubbies that are into GUNS bigtime or hunting. "Hmmm, I guess that is the way guys here are."

No. She's been trained on location and use of firearms, locking doors and normal automobile safety. Least I could do.

Plus, I've seen her mad. Only her mother and I have ever seen her mad. It isn't pleasant.

Sometimes I tire of hearing how effective a woman can be physically if only she were mad.

This only reminds me how some women fly off the handle emotionally. That does not mean that they would prevail in a physical confrontation.

Women should pack heat and be responsible about it.

I give my wife the opportunity to take her safety seriously I provide her with the tools, if she chooses not to take it seriously what can one really do. She's an adult and if she chooses to live in an unsafe mannor she can not be forced.

Precisely.

I don't presume to make other peoples' choices FOR them. She is an adult, makes (and lives with) her own choices, and for the most part she is much smarter than I am.
