When a thread is posted in, or "tagged", so the user can look up the thread later, how is that done?

I want to look into a few threads I have posted in but Idon't know how.

I'm a newbie!

I see "My Topics" and "Active Topics" but not "My Active Topics".

Where, exactly, should I be looking?

You have to be a paying team member to get "My Active Topics"
