I can't believe I nabbed this scope - $1000-$1200 new, and I pick up a slightly used one for $610 - I think I'll go out and buy a lottery ticket

Still psyched about this deal. Makes up (well, not really) for the $1500 Zeiss Diavari scope I tried to bid on and lost because Ebay's servers fucked up right at the last second - I could have gotten THAT scope for $625 - ARGH!

Nice scope...I try to stay away from those kinda deals...because as soon as I get my hands on a high end scope like that, well, then I need to go out and buy a high end rifle to go with it

Were you bidding on that one too? Sorry :( But after missing out on the $625 Zeiss Diavari (damn you, Ebay!) I wasn't about to lose this one  The guy selling has good feedback, and I'm using a secure payment method with insurance against fraud, so I'm not worried. I've never (knock on wood) had a problem buying anything online yet. |

I have been reading good reports about them Nikon scopes. I thought your new price sounded high. I did a search and found this place with a price of $831 or so for a new one. www.skyoptics.com/catalog/Nikon_Tactical_Riflescopes.html

I've been able to find some pretty good deals on ebay,. I sniped a Surefire fore-end for my Mossberg a while back. I've also found quite a few "Buy It Now"s that were very reasonable.
