Will removing my flash suppressor make my a/r more accurate?

It might, or it might not, or maybe torquing it a different amount might make it more accurate.  It all depends on the stresses in the metal.

What you really need is a post-ban barrel that hasn't had the metal around the muzzle stressed by threading.
