A friend of mine and his partners have founded American Military Family. The organization is designed to give financial and other aid to families of military personnel who may need assistance while a member of the family is deployed.

AMF is in the formative stages and right now they are building funds up until the time they can begin disbursements. They are based in Colorado and are starting to get the attention of our State legislature, one of our Senators, and brass at Fort Carson. The goal is to break out nationally.
