Thermal Pools can't be identified at night?

How about if you dip your toe rather than dive in?

This guys argument boils down to(pun intended), I did something stupid and was scarred for life, someone owes me.

Well, well, well... worked for the company that did management for the Park. sounds like to me some tree hugger just found out "Mother Earth" is not nearly as fragile and delicate as one with that mindset might be lead to belive. then again, that water could have been warm because of global warming.

You know, people like this deserve what they get. There are dangers in the world EVERYWHERE. Stupidity does NOT protect you from these dangers. These are the kind of idiots that would sue a pool owner for jumping into an empty pool. I mean, its too bad about his burns, but HE'S the only one that caused them!! I hope he gets nothing (and stuck with attorney's fees to boot)

GOOD GOD people are incredible. For 2 years I myself worked in park, ran food operations for a couple of the resort hotels there. You wouldn't BELIEVE some of the stupid s**t that both employees and tourists would do/say. And now, to sue. This is the kind of lawsuit that should not only be THROWN out of court, there should be punitive fines levied against the idiots that filed it.

P.S.- If you knew where the "good" thermal pools were, many a moonlit night could be spent with a little honey in the woods.....you do the math!!![sex]
