Sniper/gunman=just because you have a firearm dosnt make you either.

Assault Rifle.= a single shot of the same caliber will do the same damage.
just not a quick for follow up shots...but many assaults on places were made with musketts...

overweight= any one that dosnt look like barbie or ken dolls...

crazed=any one that has differnt views, ideas, or agenda for the main stream goverment or media.

Please list any I have missed(theres a lot)...

also on another note...people always talk about the 5.56 as stopping power or such...the round was developed to wound not kill. it takes 1 soldier to mark a dead body..but 5 soldiers to take care of the one that just got shot but is still alive!

"automatic weapon" - meaning anything that isn't a revolver or a shotgun, sometimes even then.

Most newscasters get really tongue-tied (stupid?) when they aren't reading their teleprompters.

Highpowered assault weapon

National Rifle Association (usually mentioned just after a mass shooting and with the emphasis on *Rifle* and some rolling of the eyes)

School violence
School shooting
Columbine (Christ, could they mention this more than once a day, please? If there are no real school shootings to report, they make sure that they show some dramatized ones on shows like West Wing or Boston Public or the news shows some old footage)

but on a related note, i just hate when "news"casters ad-lib and get creative with info:
like that costello guy on CNBC, he says "let's look at the HOT chart on GE..." DUDE, it's not a HOT-chart, its a chart! don't try to make your meaningless and pethetic job seem like more than it is...in fact, it's been a long time since i have heard anything meaningfull on that network!

News programs always put up a picture of a gun, particuarly a handgun, behind the talking head when they are reporting on a violent crime story. It doesn't matter if the victim was knifed or bludgeoned, they show a pistol. For quite a while, the stations here would show a picture of a race gun. Yep, a 1911 with compensator and dot sight is what the well armed crook in DC carries.

I also grimace when they describe the AR15 as a high powered rifle. Hell, the idiots also describe a 9mm as high powered. I think someone read about Brownings HP and thinks that applies to all 9s.

Acutally, it seems like in the media, when a black assaults a white, they consider it justified revenge by a black person whose ancestors were never actually enslaved against a white person whose ancestors never actually owned slaves.

What chesses me off even more than that is that the media COMPLETELY ignores black against black violence, which is the VAST majority of black crime.

And Jesse Jackson doesn't have time to address that issue either. He's too busy shaking down large corporations, threatening a lawsuit UNLESS they make a six figure contribution to his Rainbow / [strike] Push [/strike] Shove Coalition.

we've almost forgotten the words that are the most important tools of the socialist agenda.
Creating "classes" and division is the vehicle by which the goal will be reached, race, sexuality, religion etc is a good way to divide, but people pay more attention when money is involved.

Underpriveledged..your right to own a car,jet-ski,rv,big screen tv, take expensive vacations etc is being ignored. you [b]DESERVE[/b] better.

Middle-Class: an enemy of the underpriveledged, you probably sit at a desk you lazy PoS and have a car and house maybe a jet ski or RV, you don't deserve these things or your money.

Upper-Class: you don't do anything either, you have a bunch of money the dying workers in your sweatshops made for you that could be distributed to all the underpriveledged but like a jerk you keep it. Also you make the middle class want to be like you so they f#ck over the underpriveledged even more.
