Don't get your bowels in a knot over this one, but listen carefully...

CA residents, be sure you write your reps and tell them that you want this bill to pass ONLY if it mandates "smart" guns for all LE agencies within the state as well.  Don't complain about your 2nd Amend. rights.  Tell them that no state agency should have guns either, only the military should have guns, but you support mandatory "smart" handguns and "smart" rifles and "smart" shotguns if the police wish to be armed.

And this bill should be amended so that police unions shall have no say in this matter!

I know I sound like an ultra-Liberal, but you gotta fight fire with fire!
