Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Did Gunsite pick the S&W 625 as the optimal self defense carry gun?

Was reading and auction description for a .45ACP revolver and the guy had this statement in the description. Is this true and if it is what are the reasons? Not the at 625 isn't a good gun ( I am actually thinking of getting one), but you would think with all the different autos out there, something else would have ranked at the top. Thanks,  Terry
