for those of you that have painted their firearms, have any of you tryed the krylon 1200deg grill paint?

yea, its still soft to the touch, it's been 14 hours, and it said it shoud be ready in an hour

Ive yet to find a paint that held up to being washed in a GI issue parts washer.  Bowflage of course comes off.  As does Krylon.  

I was very surprised to find that the Laura(sp?) Durakote also comes off with just Carb cleaner.

QS's old Brown Reece Carbine that I now own is brown and black.
