My favorite candy was always the Marathon Bar, which was a 10" long, 3/4" wide braid of caramel covered in chocolate. Unfortunately, it was discontinued in 1981.
FORTUNATELY, Cadbury's in England makes virtually the identical item as the Curly Wurly.  You can import them here. -Troy |

The velocity threshold is low, for sure, but I *can* tell you that it has a maximum effective temperature of about 92F, above which, it rapidly loses structural integrity...

That sucks. I wondered why I never saw Marathon Bars anymore. Used to eat those things all the time when I was a rugrat. I was past the sugar/chocolate fiend stage by '81 so didn't notice them being gone until getting nostalgic in my old <36> age. |

1, 2, 3, 4, "Sky Bar"...as advertised on TV many years ago...4 candies in 1 bar and still available.
"7up" bars had 7 in 1 but can no longer be found around here.
