I was at a hate gun university in a hate gun left wing clinton and gore loving city for three years.
Prior to my time in the hell hole, I went once per week, sometimes twice. Mostly pistol shooting, with rifle or shotgun once per month.
While in the crap hole, I would have sneak guns out and go to a range far away on state land, one round only authorized. Once every few months.
Having moved back to real america where there are normal laws and people, I joined a local club.
In the winter I went once per week, mostly pistol. Now I go to pistol fun night once per week, and go on the weekend again, evenly split between pistol and rifle. I do not know if the twice per week will continue, or if it is in response to my being unable to shoot. It has been a pattern for 6 months, though.

I try once a week.  But if I get the urge I duct-tape all of the junk-mail and catalogues I get at the shop and stick a target to the outside.  Then I shoot it with 22's in the back of the shop.  I forgot to lock the door once and got a strange look from a walk-in customer! I told him it's how I relax and steady my welding hand!  I did this in the winter once at home and got my ass chewed by my wife 'cause the basement smelled like gunpowder.

Once every other week.  I usually have every other friday off and that is my range day.

As often as I can, though sometimes it's not as much as I'd like.
But here recently I've been lucky enough to head out about once a week.
Going shooting today as a matter of fact.

I work at a weaponshop/indoor range and after 6 days of work every week i lack the interest at shooting on it more than 1 time a week, usually if we don´t have competitions 2-3 weeks can pass without shooting.

Once a week if i have projects pending like load testing, BZO, function check after gunsmithing, ect.

During the rare times I dont have anything pending, I go plinking once a month.

I usually go shoot my pistols at least every other week, my AR and other long guns about once a month.  I would love to shoot more, but time and money are tight right now.

When I get a day off that falls on the days the public range is open, I go there to blast some targets.

I LIKE TO GET TO THE RANGE AT LEAST 4 TIMES A WEEK.  THAT MAY SEEM LIKE ALOT,BUT I REALLY LOVE THE SHOOTING SPORTS.  I THINK A COUPLE OF HUNDRED ROUNDS CALMS ME DOWN AFTER WORK.  BELIEVE IT OR NOT.

I'm a Special Officer for the Constable(Sherrif's Department) and it just so happens that the Constable's office is at his gun shop with gun range so I hit the range with my AR,H&K USP .45, and Sig P226 357 6 days a week with all the free ammo I have time to shoot.
