I ordered some SIG pistol mags from them once. Great price and mags were as advertised. OTOH, I have seen a post or two here from someone who felt they were screwed on an ammo purchase. But, I had a good experiance, FWIW. |

Lumpy, that outfit is not very customer-friendly. The owner got in a pissing match with someone who felt they didn't get what they had ordered, and he called the local PD and reported that he didn't think he was stable, and then went and posted his personal info on the net. I used to work in Elgin, and I would pass right on by that outfit. GAT guns is a lot better, and the people don't treat you like a jerk. The prices are a little high though. Semper Fi! Ken Little |

Well you get what you pay for I guess. I dont order very much cause it aint really worth it. If it costs more then 20 bucks more to buy at the local store I would concider it. If not I want it today not tommarow or the next day. Plus you can accually hold it and make sure it works alright.

kpel308.........Thanks for the info. I do remember reading about the incident you speak of, I just didn't remember what company it was. With that kind of customer service, I think I will shop elsewhere.

DPMS is getting them done elsewhere and the finish shows it. What they fail to mention up front (on phone orders anyways) is that if you decide to return anything you'll face a 20% restock fee. (Not to mention the facts that if you voice any complaints you'll be treated like a know nothing idiot.)
