Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Anybody ever try Entreprise's Ghost rings for 1911

I'm thinking about putting a set of these on or putting on a set of Wilson sights on my 1911 shooter.  Any suggestions?

have'nt tried the wilsons but I have had ghost rings. as a whole there for close up shooting, maybe 10yds. they do help on speed (ipsc) but as the range gets longer or the shots get harder (no-shoots, hard cover) you'll wish you had the standard V-type sights. I swiched back, It's hard to beat a good set of bomars or heinnes. good luck!
