If they go by Precincts reporting in it should be just less than 97%.
Maybe it is just a scripting error.

I am suprized that Bush is leading in NM. NM usualy goes to the Dems. Especialy Santa Fe, I'm surounded by libs. The local news here reported that 33% of registerd voters voted early. This means there are thousands of paper ballots still to be counted.

Local breakng news 1:20 local time,

Local news just just reported that "it doesn't look like the absentee ballots will make a difference."

I think Yahoo is getting its feed from CSpan, since they were reporting 101% a little while ago too.

Now they're reporting 103% of the NM vote is in.
