Too bad a judge will say FU to your votes and cast his own that will override all of us.

I'm really disappointed in my states vote. C'mon...only 3 to 1? I felt for sure it would be more like 5 to 1. Bravo to Mississippi at 6-1.

Now what about all those DemonRATS who've been saying that gay marriage is a state issue?
Will they call upon the United States Supreme Court to overturn all of these state ammendments and impart gay marriage by force?

"That certainly is disappointing news that many Kentucky voters would think it's appropriate to write discrimination into our constitution," said Beth Wilson of the American Civil Liberties Union (news - web sites) of Kentucky. "People get harmed when their relationships are not respected, and this means that relationships won't be respected."

I'm sorry. Miss ACLU.  But I just can't respect a man that takes another man's cock up his ass on a daily basis and calls it love.

The Ohio ban went as far as to deny marital priveledges to any relationship other than marriage. Over the course of years, the institution of marriage has been cheapened by the extension of these priveledges to non-marriages to such an extent that many people say "why bother" with marriage.

Good to see a law that actually strengthens an institution that is so beneficial to society.

Now, if they would start working on strengthening the value of citizenship.

I really am shocked.  Very happy, but shocked.  I had no idea that there were so many people left in the US not suffering from cranial-rectal inversion.
