CNN is shilling for Kerry with the "provisional ballot" might change the outcome story.

If this was a poker game Bush is sitting on trip Aces waiting to pair the board, Kerry needs two cards to go runner runner for long odds to make an  inside straight to beat the trips, but even if Kerry hits the straight, Bush can still pair the board and make a full house...

Odds are, Kerry is sunk.
