Kerry will have to win Alaska for a tie to occur and I don't think that's going to happen.

We win because we control a majority of the state delegations. A simple majority in the House does not matter.

Per the Constitution, each state gets one vote, with whomever wins that state's House delegation getting the vote for the state.
