I did the math.  WIth the votes so far and 88% of the votes counted, Bush only needs 3,500,000 votes.  If EVERY SINGLE VOTE after that goes for Kerry, Bush still wins.

He's at 3,200,000 right now, and Kerry has 2,932,000

Educate me.  Does "88% of precincts reporting" mean that 88% of votes have been counted?  I assume so, but I don't know for sure.

Don't be so sure just yet. After all, you are just counting the live people who can vote. The dims want to count them all.  After all, if poor old Jimmy was still alive he would have voted democrap.

No...it means 88% of all precincts have reported...you need to look at the county by county returns to see how many votes are still untabulated.
