My mom called me the other day and said she found cigarette butts by the garage door. My dad is sick and is dying and she has been asking me to bring a gun over to the house for her. Last night I brought over a RRA CAR and decided to hang out for awhile. They live on a dead end street with a butt load of farm land behind them. We had a lot of "incidents" in the past when I grew up their. Some lady was found behind their house with her head chopped off etc. So I pulled up a chair in the screen off area behind the hous. About 2 a.m. I hear somebody f**king around by the garage door. I snuck around the back of the house and caught the dude by the small door leading into the gargage. I was about 4 feet behind him and said "Can I help you" and flipped off the safety. Come to find out it was an old neighbor who liked my sister, not in a good way. He thought she still lived there and wanted to see her. I yelled to my mom and told her to call the cops. We have 4 cops in our neighborhood and one showed up immediately. The cop pulled up and pulled his gun and told me to put the my gun down. He then had the gun on the f*ck next to the door. Long story long the cop stuffed the prick in his car and told me he was sorry. Apparently they were looking for this goof, as he broke out of a halfway home.

Good on you for sticking around and checking things out.
A lot of people don't make the effort to stand watch.

Lies Lies Lies. Everyonhe knows that evil assault weapons aren't used for defense. They're only good for shooting up school yards.
Good job. Sounds like your Mom's lucky to have you looknig out for her.

Holy shit!  What a story.

Good job and all - but 4 feet away?  That's a little close.

Ya dolomite, you can say I am not too scared about much. I actually wanted to bash his friggin head in with the stock, but thought different after I got up on him. That was a little close. This crap with my dad has been tough and I have been taking chances that I should'nt.

Been there, done that.

Don't sweat it - at least you came to the party armed - and one less asshole is out walking around.

four feet is way to close, easily could have grabbed your weapon.

distance is your friend when armed

that man was probably a creepy, puny piece of shit anyway

I guess it was unavoidable in this instance, but there’s a lot to be said for not having a firearm in your hands when the cops roll up on you!!

And don't forget a sign for the yard, "Please don't hurt us, we don't have any guns here!".

[Even an asshat out of the shallow end of the gene pool will usually stop to think about it - do they, or don't they?]
