After seeing those videos of Osama and that American Al Queda guy this weekend I am thinking I will pack a piece while I take kids trick or treating.

An analyst said that the American Al Quedas retoric meant they were planning a bloody attack of some kind.

And that Osamas video was a signal to cells to do so.

They attacked trains in Spain just before the elections there.

What if they are planning some kind of "Holloween surprise" for our children just before the election?

Do you think it's possible they may be planning anything like this?

Though I think where I live there is very little chance of any problem ...........

I am still packing a piece this year when I make my rounds. (just in case)

Are you?

Zen,
I would say that is a smart thing to do, Sir!

Anyone notice how nice and clear Usama was?  How he was in traditional garb instead of the typical military BDU?

I carry everywhere I go so trick or treating is really no different except that I go with an outside the pants set up and take the HK instead of the Kimber.

The Russian incident attacked children.

They kidnapped a kid in Iraq.

Maybe they see our value in our children as a "weak spot", and the above events were "tests"?

I don't think it is a good year to Trick or Treat.  I don't even wanna answer the door, mostly because I don't have candy, and handing out ammo might be frowned upon.

If you're passin' out ammo I'll have the kiddies there shortly!

Nothing stops the kids around here.

I just handed out candy to 3 cute little girls, so I don't think people are letting OBL control their lives.

I was just talking to my wife about it, Halloween must be the perfect Holiday for home invasion. We carry in and out of the house. Be safe.

It would have been against state law for me to carry my HK USP45C concealed tonight while T-or-T'ing with the kids. Just like last year, and the year before ...

Of course, I couldn't have had it with me because of the boating accident anyway.

Ya wanna know how COMPLETELY FUCKING DUMB I am?

I just got back from trick or treating.

I went online.

I refreshed the "general discussion" page to see if there was anything new.

After looking at the NATIVE AMERICAN thread and a couple of others, I noticed that there was a thread with my name in it.  (Zen)

I thought:  "oh, ..... someone has put up a thread about me, what's going on now"

So I hurriedly clicked on it.

Then I realized it was this thread.

The one, I myself had posted.

Man, I gotta start taking some ginko giloba or something.

God I'm dumb.

No permit, so I can't carry here in Occupied Territory (tm). I am having dinner right now, and my AR is next to the kitchen table along with a case of XM193 and a tape measure. Come to think of it, it's almost a dinner pic.
