I said it from day one, they would make the decision whether to run with it based on where their numbers show them to be and whether they believe that they would stand to benefit from it more or be hurt by it. Campaigns aren't here to amuse you, they are their to win, and Karl Rove and Karen Hughes know this game far better than you or I do.

If sKerry goes all out with his pack of lies in the 11th hr, I sure hope the Swiftys immediately retaliate with the Dishonorable Discharge story (which IMHO should be front page news anyway--nobody should even be considered for POTUS with that on his record)
