Walmart should be happy to take it back.
They get a 150% refund from the manufacturer.

My twin sons work at BestBuy. The new way to rip off cd's is to take it out of the case and stuff it int he pants. All they take is the disc itself.

I had the same thing happen with a 4-disc DVD set I bought at Wal-Mart (disk 4 was missing). They'll give you another one, if they have it in stock.

My advice would be to call and ask to talk with an assistant manager before going to the store. explain what happened and they should hook you up. If you just go into the store the service desk people could be a pain in the ass while they try to figure out what to do. just my $0.02

For Red Dawn? No, Red Dawn is a must OWN movie. Every self respecting gun nut should own it and watch it at least once a month.

Go back and shoot the manager's dog. Then post pics.

That DVD was one of my first DVD purchases.  Just watched it again today, ending monologue still brings a tear to my eye.  Great movie...

I want the creators of Red Dawn to get every penny they deserve for making that great film. If more people buy it there is more of a chance they will make more movies like it.

They replaced it for mew no problem. The little hottie working the desk said she has seen several of the bargain bin DVDs without the discs.

I also picked up Ronin, The Way of the Gun and Taps for $8 each!

What is worse is when the disc isn't snapped onto the holders, and has been bouncing around inside the case being scratched up since the factory.

You end up with an unwatchable movie.  They replace those quick/easy though (I only have had two).

Had that happen to me once.  Now I give the box a shake before buying it.

I have a customer that works the return counter a Wal-mart and she say's " wal-mart will take anything back, even ammo but not after a 24 hours lapse". I once brought a rotery tool there and when I opened the box there was no tool just a bottle of water, I thought how am I gonna explain this to wal mart, the short....I exchanged it with no questions asked.
