Click on the little button titled, "photo server" at the top center of this page and another page will open. Click the login button near the top left of the new page. Enter your login and ID. The page will change. Click the avatar option. Load a pic.

I have an avatar I use on another board which will not load here, as it says the size of the file is too big. When I right click on the pic on "properties," it says "425 bytes(425 bytes), 4096 bytes used"
Is it possible to somehow change it's size (which is saved on my desktop), to a different size that I can then use?
