Its certainly not VFR here, its so foggy I'd be afraid to drive so I cant actually see the plane but the sound is pretty distinct.
The Pres. is coming tomorrow so it might have something to do with that. We dont get too many fighters around here.

I'd bet it was a 16. Thats what flies CAP for the Pres.
