I didn't know it was a dupe.. but I have heard a conspiracy theory related to me by a friend about some site saying that the plane said to go into the Pentagon was really commandered by Israeli SS and that they landed in a base in Virginia to fire a missle. I'm too lazy to actually watch whatever video this is...

First of all, I was not around for the dupes, thanks jblanchy.
Witness accounts are unreliable, "it sounded like a missle" dosen't mean shit. Just because something sounds like a missle, does not mean it is one. Yeah, to their instructors, the hijackers may not have looked anything like a pilot, but keep in mind that these guys just wanted to learn to fly the plane already in the air. A pilot needs to take off and land. As far as the pentagon security tapes, look how far away they are, that plane would have appeared small. Hoppy  8420

We've done this at least a dozen times. It's pure Bull Shit. I have a couple of good trusted friends who I've known for ten years that SAW THE DAMN AIRPLANE FLY OVER THEIR OFFICE AND DISAPPEAR into the trees that block their view of the Pentagon. The flight records shown by this site show the path of the airplane right over my friend's office. |

I'm debating this thing with someone on another thread, and I'd like to ask something before the thread gets locked.
The explosion seen in the video surveillance of the Pentagon is a big, billowing, orange fireball. Detonating missiles, bombs, explosives, artillery shells, etc. normally show a brief flash of light followed by lots of dirt and dust, but little fire. So the surveillance tapes show an event that is consistent with the explosion of a large amount of fuel rather than what you would expect from a bomb or missile(other than an incendiary), correct?
