Guys, don't forget that there are some of these fine Union States that still have an AWB, and that the inhabitants of said states could really use a pre-ban. (think NY)

If they weren't assembled as prebans prior to 9/13/94, they're not even legally prebans, I believe. Either way, that's still too high. |
