+1  but the extra 2 hours on the weekend is the result of a nap.  I just can't sleep a straight 6.

ETA mornings are tough until I've had my java I.V. . Then I'm OK. About 4-5 cups of coffee a day help keep me awake.

About 5-6 during the week.  About 7 on weekends.  Sometimes less though.  Never more, except:

But about every two weeks, I'm dragging ass bad, and will sleep a solid 8-9 hours one night.  Weird.

I can't remember the last time I slept all through the night.

EDIT:  HAHA!  To answer you question:  It's enough sleep for me, and I'm not barely making it through the day.  My sleep schedule works for me.

Very freakin little. My 6 month old son likes to go to bed around 2330-2400, then wake up around 0130, again at 0430 then breakfast is around 0600. Then he goes to sleep till bruch time, while I'm on here.. At least I'm unemployed.

3-5 a night.  If I am lucky, I can get 8 in on a Sunday, but then I can't fall asleep until much later and end up getting less sleep for Monday.

I gave myself insomnia in December - July.  Got up at 6AM, went to work, went home, changed, ate, went to class until 10PM.  Went home, did homework, laundry, anything else I needed to do, slept for a few hours and then did it again.  Monday - Friday.  Usually worked a 10 hour shift at my seconds job on Saturday mornings and sometimes picked up an extra shift on Sundays.

I am down to class on Saturday, and one full time job.  But, I did it the other way for over 7 months, and can't go back to a normal schedule.  On the plus side my apartment is always clean.

Same here.

Much better than the 1-2 that I was getting a couple of years ago when I needed shoulder surgery and the pain was so severe I just couldn't sleep.

Wait, are you calling poor old ME a hypocrit when you're the one who tells me to go to bed sooner and you get less sleep than ME? Or are you just repeating that I proved you are being a hypocrit...*is in an evil mood tonight* No, sorry...I'd rather not get to bed
