I want to purchase an AR10T. The most important thing for me is accuracy from 100 to 1000 yards.
There are the Armalite barrels with conventional rifling and the L/W barrels with the polygonal rifling. I talked to Armalite a few weeks ago and they tell me their Armalite barrels are made in house and that they are a little more accurate than the L/W barrels. I read in a thread, a comment by Tippie (if I remember correctly) that the L/W barrels are a step above the Armalites. Does this comment refer to accuracy? Who actually has the higher quality and more accurate barrel? Does anyone actually know or want to give me their opinions on this subject. I do not care if the longevity of the L/W barrels is better. I would rather have a little more accuracy, if that accuracy is noticable enough? I need comments from AR10T owners with the L/W barrels and from people with the Armalite barrels. What is your group
sizes for the type of barrel your shooting?

I sure would like to hear Armalites comments on this subject again. And I sure would like an honest non-biased opinion from them even if the L/W barrels are a more accurate barrel. Will they honestly admit it?

I sure would appreciate hearing from the AR10T
shooters on this subject.

Thanks guys

I have a in house barrel on my 10T.It shots around a 1/3 of an inch at 100 and 1/2 to 5/8" at 200.Barrels by the same maker may look identical. One may shoot and the next one wont.I'd say they are at least good enough.
