I met a cop on a recent hunting trip, you'd have thought he was a mexican by his car. Mid 90's caprice, black with black tint.....150 spoke rims with Caddilac centercaps/spinners, and flames down each side. Oh yeah, oversized tires mounted blackwall out.
After talking to him it was a running joke between he and a buddy of his, I still laughed my ass off though.

It's rice because it has a Carrera badge on it? I always thought rice was a mismatched body kit, fart cannon, wing, and chrome three spokes. Stupid yes, rice no.
