Kerry already admitted he met Madame Bihn while in Paris.  She was the head of the political wing of the Viet Cong.  By anyone's calculation he was still in the naval reserves at that time.  He was accountable to the military.  Even if he'd been a civilian, it would have been treason to meet with her.  As it was, it was a serious violation of the UCMJ.  However, when you're a lefty with money, everything is okay.

That Massachusetts elected him to public office and kept him there clearly illustrated their true socialist ambition.  He is way overdue for a prison sentence.
