Back in '98 I ordered a Colt M4 upper and stock from them, both brand new.  No complaints, but that is the only experience.

I bought a used pistol from them, and the condition was worse than advertised.  It worked fine though.

I don't know if i'd buy a used firearm w/o seeing it, but I've had luck buying other stuff from them, but it's been a while since I purchased from them.  No complaints.
