Blued or parked?
*Shrug* I just wipe down stuff with break-free and a silicon gun cloth...it usually does the trick. I also always wipe everything down with the above combo after I've handled it, specifically to prevent rust...never understood why people put their hands all over their junk and then put it away without even wiping it down

how deep is it? what sort of finish do you have? Wipe it down with a little ballistol first. Go from there.
