a month ago an employee of similar mindset to myself and I were discussing how a lot of people will believe anything they see on TV. Basically the theory goes "well it's on tv, it must be TRUE!" same goes for books with some people as well.
currently in college and I work at a video store, this liberal girl comes up to the counter and...
I notice she has an anti-bush documentary and I make a sarcastic comment about how it's interesting she is renting that film.
Her comment was "......well I need my ammo against him."
So I make mention of the killing fields and mass graves recently discovered in IRAQ and she goes "well that's what they show on TV anyhow." as if though I were the one believe everything I see on TV(and this coming from a woman buying an anti-bush biased documentary to be viewed on a TV). Funny thing is that isnt what was on TV at all. In fact CNN never reported it what-so-ever because it'd help Bush's case.
Anyhow, as far as what the girl is renting and her comments about me believing everything on TV, or the insinuation at least, if that isn't the pot calling the kettle black, I don't know what is. Dumb stupid Rambo Generation Liberal Socialist Soccermom's child of a hypocritcal democratic whore. What more needs to be said.
(Rambo Generation is a term I've coined to describe the typical anti-gun soccer mom who believe that everything they see on movies such as Rambo concerning guns firing endlessly and without recoil or whatnot is how it is in real life. In other words I refer to them as the Rambo Generation of Liberal Socialist Soccermoms. RGLSS. I'm going to try and see if I can make this term widespread through-out the gun-users on the internet. After all it does fit them quite well.)
