Actually I'd like to see the polling data for OH , PA, and FL whoever gets 2 of those will win. I see Bush getting OH , but I think PA and FL are too close.

Kerry is not going to win. Period.

Bush has got it in the bag. Sgtar15 is right. It's going to be a landslide and I wouldn't be a bit surprised to see 45 states taken...

Bullshit! ABC News is showing that Bush is leading Kerry, and that Bush has 50% support in the polls, AND the LIBERAL Detroit Free Press is showing that Bush has a 3% lead in MICHIGAN of all places. Michigan is a state that has not even been considered to be in play for well over a month!

I am more convinced now than ever: 45 States and Maybe California!

I've been pretty pessimistic up to this point.  I'm glad you all have been pointing out other sources of polls, but you missed the one that finally turned me around.  The Vegas payoffs for Bush are 3/5.  After the debates the Vegas payoff for Kerry 2/1.

USA Today has a Gallup graphic on its front page today showing Kerry leading Bush in Ohio, and with that being a trend.

Just bringing you information. I have no idea if it's accurate or not.

The payoff for Bush is $3 on a $5 dollar bet.  The payoff for Kerry is $2 for every $1 bet.

I live in a state that is a lock for Bush.  It doesn't matter though, I just can't bring myself to vote anymore.  I can't live the lie.  I am tired of being stolen from and having no recourse, I am tired of the fearmongering and I am tired of big government and socialism. I have not yet seen anything in Bush that makes me think he is anything but a globalist.

Today the State Deparment announced that all US passports are going to have RFID chips in them.  Pretty soon, we are going to have internal passports, aka National IDs masquerading as driver's licenses.  This is totalitarian.  I have chosen to not be a part of it and to not encourage this slide into tyranny and that means I can't vote anymore because voting gives you NO CHOICE--this stuff is going to happen whether Americans elect Bush or Kerry.  Get it?

Can't live the lie eh? Well then come up with a better solution. Get yourself elected to something and create change from within. Help prevent this so called slide into tyranny you speak of. Now in my opinion, I don't see any draconian consequences from a chip in a passport. My whole life I've had to use my passport three times. Forgive me, but what's the problem?

Now National ID's? Come on, there would be such a huge fight and uproar that it will never fly.

Bush is a globalist? Hell, I'm a globalist and so are the clients and companies I represent. That's the real word.

With respect, I'm trying to understand why you would just bail. Your vote can make a difference even if Bush has your state locked up.

So basically, you're living a fantasy. You think that things will somehow get better by doing nothing. Or maybe you think that we might as well start a civil war. Take a look at political history, and think about how you go about making political changes (hint: The Socialists have been doing it. Their goals may be wrong, but their method is right-on.)

In all actuallity I hope to see Kerry in the lead "in the polls" before the election.  Democrats always sign up a bunch of folks to vote but don't have good turnout.  Republicans don't sign up as many but usually have a solid turnout.  Let the democrats think they're in the lead and let them stay home.

"Vote Democrat, It's easier than working."

Antonin Scalia            Reagan 1986 68
David H. Souter          Bush 1990 65

Technically it is possible. Realisticly, Bush is going to have to go 2 for 3 in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Florida. Anything else is too close for comfort, especially given the makeup of the courts in those states.

Yes, my OPTIMISTIC prediction is that this election will be decided by the courts.
