WE ALL TALK THE TALK………………. NOW WALK THE WALK………………….

Dear NJ Gun Rights Advocate,

The New Jersey Coalition for Self Defense ( www.njcsd.org ) is extending a generous invitation made by Republican candidate for Governor Steve Lonegan (www.Lonegan.com) to attend a FREE bus trip to the Bush "get out the vote" rally on 10/31/04 in Wildwood, NJ. The Bus leaves at around 11AM from Hawthorne and Bogota in Northern NJ. The event itself runs from 4-7, with the possible following stops:

Start: Rockaway Mall
- Rt 80 to 287 South

Stop: Livingston Mall (Florham Park / Short Hills)
- Rt. 24 S/W to 95 South)

Stop: Quaker Bridge Mall (Trenton area)
- 95 (NJT) South

Stop: Cherry Hill Mall
- 95 (NJT) South

Stop: Camden area (location TBD)
Then across the AC Expressway to the Garden, and to Wildwood.

Any takers???  We're trying to extend ourselves and reach out to everyone, so we can prove to the public that gun owners CAN mobilize.  Please make time in your schedule to support the Lonegan campaign by showing up for the trip.

To reserve your seat if you want to go, but please only reserve if you will be there, you can respond to: [email protected] to make your reservation!

There will be music, food, and a FREE CHARTER BUS TRIP to the rally leaving Northern NJ and making   stops on the way down to pick up your fellow RKBA advocates.

We are asking all RKBA supporters to rally around Steve Lonegan's campaign. Unlike other politicians who say the WORDS about supporting CCW and RKBA, Steve intends to make RKBA a campaign issue.

For more information go to the “Home Town” section under NJ and look for the “NJ Bush Rally Invite”.

[quoteHomeowner Who Shot Intruder Off The Hook

]Oct 21, 2004 4:04 pm US/Eastern
(1010 WINS) (WOODBURY, N.J.) A man who shot and killed a would-be thief in his yard will not face murder charges after a Gloucester County grand jury voted against indicting him.

The grand jury did return one indictment in the case: The alleged accomplice of the victim was indicted on charges of burglary and theft.

Authorities initially charged Robert J. Clark Jr., with murder, aggravated assault and a weapons offense after he killed William Hamilton on April 26.

Clark heard a noise that night in the back yard of his Franklin Township home and looked out the window to see a pair of men trying to steal the all-terrain vehicle he stored in his shed. He tried to call police, but had phone problems, officials said. That's when he shot Hamilton, 39, of Clementon, in the chest.

The other man, Dwain Jones, 42, of Franklin Township, fled as Clark fired at him.

Neighbors in the rural section of Gloucester County held a protest after Clark, 33, was charged with murder.

At the time, prosecutor Sean Dalton defended the charges, saying that New Jersey state law does not allow the use of deadly force to protect property.
