I bet they would work up and exception in order to get rid of the Veto power of the permanent members of the Security Council! They have wanted to eliminate that power for YEARS! |

I heard this a few weeks ago.
Only the plan is for Hillary to make a presidential run in '08 and hopefully ( for the Clintons that is) win Then with Hillary in The President's seat and Bill as Secretary General of the UN their Global Social Programs can be fulfilled.
