The police chief of Cottage Grove has retired on May 31st, the same one that has denied many applicants for carry permits. This is a 30-year government employee who's time has finally come.

Now is our chance to get a pro-self-defense chief of police hired. The applicants have already been narrowed down to a final 5. They will be going through a full day of interviews by department and committee heads, as well as the city council and mayor, on Wednesday, June 13th.

I urge everybody in the Cottage Grove, MN area to make some phone calls and write letters to our public servants at the city hall and tell them that we want a police chief who will respect our right to self-defense.
