Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - early voting questions

I heard, not sure from where, but if you vote early or do absentee ballots, that they aren't counted unless the difference btwn the two candidates is less than xx%, or one challenges the count.  Is there any truth to this?  

I intend to ask the county clerk tomorrow, but thought I would test the [borg] ar15 collective [/borg]
