The crops would be raised- EVERYBODY would work starting at 5am

Me

Farmer Joe can be my First Aid.

The UN will be booted NLT 8 am on the first day.
The Federal bureaucracy will be substantially smaller and the States will be put on notice that the nanny Federal government died.  They will get a new understanding of "Defense of the Nation" and the Interstate Commerce Clause.
There will be a stand down amongst all Federal employees on the first morning while they read the Constitution; those that can't read will be fired.
The cost of the nation's natural resources will rise to market value for all foriegn buyers.
The citizens of this Nation will become free - free to succeed or free to fuckup, but not on the taxpayer's dime.

After a few other revisions, there will be beer in the rose garden at 5:30.

What cracks me up is if someone had asked what we thought about Condi Rice about 5 years ago (when she was provost of Stanford University), Some people would probably have had quite different opinions about the black woman who was a career university professor (of political science, no less - departments often infested with pinkos ).

I have no doubt that Affirmative Action would have had a prominent role in that thread.

1) As-if-not-more conservative than Bush

2) Able to beat Hillary WITHOUT putting a RINO like McCain, Guliani, or Powell on the ticket...

3)  Vehemently opposed to gun control

4) Opposed to Affirmative Action as a concept

I believe the unquestioned support for Rice (which I don't share, btw) is because, as conservatives, we are inevitably branded as racists and sexists.
Rice gives conservatives the opportunity to prove that it is values and not demographics which determines who we support.
Just so happens that very few blacks and women support conservative values.
By supporting rice, conservatives give an opportunity to give lie to the liberal brands of, "racist" and "sexist"
Just my opinion.

It's PRIMARILY looking at our 08 Presidential prospects and trying to find anyone who's concervative enough for the job (Sorry, but McCain, Guliani, and Powell might as well be DEMOCRATS) who can take on Hillary & win...

Theodore Rex

Teddy, the one the only, the greatest president we ever had.

Either that or me.

I'd revoke China's favored nation trade status.

I'd recall every single service man and woman in the world back to this country.

Every shore would be constantly patrolled by subs, destroyers, cruisers and aircraft carriers.  Anything I even thought might be carrying illegal drugs would be sent to the bottom.

The borders would be so tight they'd make the Berlin wall look like snow fence.

Flat tax.  No income tax.

Employers would have to pay a $100,00.00 fine for every job they sent to Mexico or elsewhere. Per day.

Gun permits would be mandatory.

The constitution and Bill of Rights would mean exactly what they say.  None of this Supreme court bullshit.

Our military would get a big pay raise and a lot better treatment.

Anyone threatening or harming any of our citizens anywhere in the world would face instantaneous retaliation.

The Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and The Little League would receive huge government subsidies.

Any prisoners with three or more violent felony convictions, or those with especially violent crimes would be put to death right quick.

The surgeon General would be someone who actually cares about our health.

Any welfare family with four kids would start paying back benefits for each kid they brought into the world after that.

Anyone convicted of drug dealing would be immediately taken outside after the sentence (death) was read and shot.

There would be a massive program to establish state of the art ranges throughout the country and free courses in firearm handling and marksmanship available to anyone that qualified.  Felons and blind people wouldn't qualify.

It's not race, gender, or academic affiliation that makes a person suspect. It's shoes. What are the shoes made of? Wood? Hmmm? What sound do they make on a terrazzo floor? CLATTERCLATTERCLATTER or clickclickclick? Everybody eats cheese. Did the wearer of those shoes eat a decent Anglo-Saxon Cheddar, or a wooden-shoed subversive Gouda? Hmmmmm ?

Rest assured, DK-Prof, I know what you're trying to do, even if no one else does.
