Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - adobe acrobat doesn't work in IE

whenever i click on a pdf link a new window opens with a red x. if i download the file and open it in acrobat reader it works fine. anyone know what might be causing this?

Most likely the plug-in isn't installed.
Reinstall Acrobat.

Get rid of IE and all your problems will be gone - no pop-ups and no browser hijacks.

Try Opera or Firefox.
