Yes.  By calling American soldiers babykillers, plus he went to Paris to discuss "Peace talks"

google is your friend...

The wife of President Bill Clinton, Hillary Rodham Clinton was elected to the U.S. Senate in 2000, becoming the first First Lady ever elected to national office. After graduating from Wellesley College in 1969, Hillary Rodham went to Yale Law School, where she met Clinton, a fellow student. She served as a staff attorney for the Children's Defense Fund and was also on the congressional Impeachment Inquiry staff in 1974, at the tail end of Richard Nixon's Watergate scandal...

I don't know if I would describe her as "pushing the Nixon scandal" - she was involved with the Inquiry as a staff member (low on the totem pole).

ETA:  IMHO nothing will come of the whole "discharge" issue...

(... but I sure would be glad to be wrong in this instance! )

He was still obligated to the Navy when he was consorting with the enemy.
Some say Clinton gave him an honorable discharge during his last minute pardons and such for other criminals. I also read in a post (here, i believe) that it should come out before the election. I seriously doubt that people today will care....

He received an honorable discharge in 1978, Clinton did not give him what he already have.  This is the kind of nonsense that makes Bush supporters as a whole look foolish.  The Dishonorable Discharge dated 1978 has been circulated for all to see.

when was his last year of service?
