I don't think that there is a "God"
as described by any organized
religion. So, in that case, you
could say that I am an atheist.

On the other hand, there seems
to be some really weird shit out
there that happens to me all the
time that I can't explain in any
scientific way.

Should be a choice for agnostic too .... big difference between Atheism and Agnosticism ... Atheists hold the belief that there is in fact no God or supreme being, a position as difficult to defend /prove as a true believer ... Agnostics suspend judgement believing that there is not sufficient evidence to prove or disprove. Most people that claim to be atheists are actually agnostic.

How about not sure?

So 50% Atheist and 50% "think there is something", but I don't think it is something that is characterized by religions.

I voted atheist because you didn't give an agnostic option. I don't know how this universe got started,  but I don't believe there is any point in praying to anyone about anything.

For the bible thumpers out there who are shocked by the results of this poll, you do not need religion go be patriotic or know the difference between right and wrong.

F'n-A man.

Anybody with an operable brain can figure that one out, along with good vs. evil.

your holding all atheists to the definition for hard atheism

Most agnostics don't believe in a deity (or deities), which is the definition of weak atheism

I'm an agnostic and a weak atheist.

There is no "other" option.

The issue of whether or not there is a god or "gods" is not really an issue that is a concearn in my life right now.

I spent 21 years of my life as a very serious Christian.  I left the faith because I had some serious questions about what led me into it in the first place, and I couldn't come up with answers that satisfied me enough to continue on doing what I was doing.

So, now, I am not concerned with religion.  Not saying I'm right or wrong, it's just where I'm at right now.
